Extracted from the first cold pressing of olives from our olive trees, the Empeltre, Arbequina, Royuela, and Machona varieties. This combination of olives gives it a very fruity flavor with aromas of banana and apple, with hints of strawberry. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and without bitterness, leaving a silky palate.

To obtain the best organic extra virgin olive oil, we take care of the entire production process, from the harvesting of the fruit, which is carried out manually and mechanically, selecting the perfect ripeness, through the oil extraction process by cold pressing, to the preservation and bottling for sale.
